Take time out from your agricultural work and celebrate Tudor Style. See the hall’s spring decorations, and how they feasted and celebrated Mayday and Whitsun. Cooking demos, Crafts and a children’s trail.

Fathers Day event – Waterloo!

Meet a Rifleman from the 95th regiment of foot,made famous by Bernard Cornwell’s ‘Sharpe’ series. Learn about life in Wellingtons Army and handle replica weapons from the Napoleonic wars. The perfect treat for fathers day!

Normal admission price! Adults £5.50, Children £3.00, Concessions £4.50, Family £15.00.

Time Travel @ the Hall

18th July – 11am to 3:30pm
 

Travel back in time to various periods at Ford Green Hall. Talk to an English archer from the 15th Century. Find out what life was like as a Viking, watch combat and weapons displays with the Y draig Viking group. Dance like a Tudor with Gloriana Living History. Meet an 18th century Highland clansman. Live period music by the Drumblebys and more!!!
